Legal Assistant, Donato Legal Group
Tiffany is the legal assistant, jack-of-all-trades, and right hand person to Alan Donato. Tiffany is a proud alumna of the University of Puget Sound where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Abstract Mathematics and U.S. Politics and Government. Tiffany graduated with distinction from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she met her then-mock trial coach Alan Donato, who quickly became her mentor and close friend.
Tiffany’s passion is juvenile justice; specifically combating the school-to-prison pipeline and improving outcomes for disadvantaged youth. In 2010, Tiffany was appointed by Governor Schwarzenegger to serve on the State Advisory Committee on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention where she proudly served for six years. Tiffany has also worked directly with youth, including a McGeorge School of Law student-teaching program and coaching high school Mock Trial.
Tiffany also has extensive experience in the legal cannabis industry dating back to before the California Compassionate Use Act evolved into its current legal framework post Proposition 64. She has assisted numerous clients with ensuring their business is fully legal, from the very first stages of incorporation, through the licensing process, and onward to navigating the ever-changing regulations surrounding medical and recreational cannabis.
In her free time, Tiffany will most likely be found hiking somewhere in the mountains, along the coast, or wherever wildflowers grow.
